Comics strips for No Pants Day included LGBT propaganda

3 days ago, various newspaper strips celebrated No Pants Day, as noted by the Oregonian:
Fans of newspaper comics will instantly notice something missing in many of the strips this Friday — pants.That's fine in itself, but there was also the following:
More than 25 cartoonists behind strips from “Blondie” to “Zippy the Pinhead” are celebrating the quirky holiday No Pants Day in a way that helps charities get clothing to those in need.
Participating artists are drawing their characters without trousers and urging readers to donate clothing to thrift and second-hand stores hard-hit by COVID-19.
Olive Brinker’s “Rae the Doe” has a character donating clothes at an LGBT center while “Dennis the Menace” urges readers: “Give to a charity that helps people in need of clothing, like Room to Grow.”Oh for heaven's sake. As if we need to hear - or read - more of that nonsense that's taking up far too much in culture. That strip, if any, is certainly veering too political. Too bad. This could be a great venture for newspaper strips to offer up something apolitical, which a lot of people could surely appreciate for a change, and instead, Brinker proves a cartoonist out there can't keep herself from injecting more divisive ideology into hers.
