Dan Jurgens on Hollywood's hypocrisy with American Sniper
The fact that hollywood, which shovels violence in most of its products, has its underwear in a ball over "American Sniper" is complete B.S.

I agree. It's ridiculous how haters of the movie on the left are lambasting it if they have no qualms about violence elsewhere. Yet few of the negative reactions are as weird as Gerry Conway's, who won't even thank the author of the book it's based on nor the filmmakers for their loyalty to his creation, The Punisher.
The movie's doing pretty well overseas, which is not going to please the left, not even those already working in comicdom.

The more tweets I read of Jurgens, the more I like him. It stuns me that his plots are so dull. That said, I've come to appreciate his depiction of Superman more with time. At least Jurgens drew Superman posing with an American flag. I have yet to see a cover or single panel showing new 52 Superman holding or being anywhere near an American flag. There's nothing inspiring about the new 52 version. He's called Earth's greatest hero only because that's what Superman's role has always been, not because of anything he's done in his own titles.
