The atrocious attitude of David F. Walker

Here's a most recent example of the far-left choices Marvel's making for writers, this one being David F. Walker, a comics and film writer now on their payroll, who's written leftist propaganda with Nick Fury, and just made some alarmingly nasty spews about whites on his Twitter feed:

I'm sure it'll be one of the worst insults they could deliver to their already dwindling fanbase. Walker's nasty cracks get worse with the following:

It's not difficult to tell he's anything but sorry. Here's a bit more about Walker on Doug Ernst's blog. Apparently, he's even writing a title called "Occupy Avengers", years after the Occupy movement collapsed. Clearly, one of those leftists who just can't let go of a bad idea.

Look who's talking. The same guy who insulted whites and used vulgar language. But then, his Nighthawk title sold little more than 16,000 copies, so he fits into Andy Warhol's observation everybody's famous for 15 minutes perfectly.

Update: while we're on the subject, here's a few panels from Nick Spencer's 10th issue of Captain America: Sam Wilson, where he demonizes US police, at the very time when the tragedy in Dallas occurred. The timing couldn't be worse. I think some concerned moviegoers may have to reconsider attending the Marvel movies, because if it goes into the pockets of the most undeserving contributors for their pamphlets, then paying for the movie tickets could be risky.

About me

  • I'm Avi Green
  • From Jerusalem, Israel
  • I was born in Pennsylvania in 1974, and moved to Israel in 1983. I also enjoyed reading a lot of comics when I was young, the first being Fantastic Four. I maintain a strong belief in the public's right to knowledge and accuracy in facts. I like to think of myself as a conservative-style version of Clark Kent. I don't expect to be perfect at the job, but I do my best.
