One or two Legion members undergo race-swapping under Bendis
Lightning Lad, if not Bouncing Boy, has certainly been altered to black instead of white. They just keep doing these PC steps they'd already been doing for 15 years now, ever since Firestorm was changed to black, Atom to Asian, Blue Beetle to Latino and the Question from male to female. Always worth considering they started these race-swapping stunts long before Marvel actually did, instead of introducing new characters who represent their own agency.
Some "comeback" they had in store for the Legion alright. With Bendis writing, you can be sure it's not going to have a real story to accompany the already PC-laden viewpoint anyway, and with DiDio still in charge of DC, that's one more reason it's best avoided and forgotten.

Not to mention Naomi AKA DC's Riri Williams is joining the team.

Stan Lee started it in Sgt. Fury. Gabe Jones was colored white in the first issue and black thereafter.

"Stan Lee started it in Sgt. Fury. Gabe Jones was colored white in the first issue and black thereafter."
It was a coloring error. He was always intended to be black. That's different from intentionally changing a character's race.

Now that he's Black Lightning Lad, how long before Tony Isabella starts telling everyone alive that he created him?

Even though the giant difference between Jason, Ryan, Jaime (regardless of Infinite Crisis), & Renee (regardless of 52) and what Bendis has done is DiDio, much as I hate him with every fiber of my being, never mandated that Ronnie, Ray, Ted, and Vic be Black, Asian, Latino, or a woman.
With Lightning Lad, this is Bendis mimicking Greg Berlanti and the CW Ghetto into kissing the assses of his AT&T/Warner overlords

Probably Warner overlords, since AT&T from what I heard is helmed by Conservative activists.
But yeah, less of Greg Berlanti's influence and that of the CW's influence, the better, and unfortunately Bendis is trying to increase that influence for the worse.

Shame AT&T aren't demanding the CW separation right now since Stankey declared he wanted more CW flavored crap; nevermind the Viacom CBS reunion
