DC supposedly wants to find new creators

In this Forbes article about a new comic-developing software called Madefire, the following comes up:
Wolstenholme highlighted this need for new voices, and mentioned partners who also see the need.

“D.C. Comics wants to be part of this. To find new creators and stories,” he said. D.C. Comics is a partner of Madefire and already employs the Motion Book tools.
Do they? I think what they really want is to find more hired hands who'll just do whatever they're told, or whose visions coincide with their narrow ideas for what makes "entertainment" like their blatant obsession with "diversity". And that's no way to make their affiliation with Madefire a successful venture.

About me

  • I'm Avi Green
  • From Jerusalem, Israel
  • I was born in Pennsylvania in 1974, and moved to Israel in 1983. I also enjoyed reading a lot of comics when I was young, the first being Fantastic Four. I maintain a strong belief in the public's right to knowledge and accuracy in facts. I like to think of myself as a conservative-style version of Clark Kent. I don't expect to be perfect at the job, but I do my best.
