They'll talk about the cusses, but not about the violence?
Let's see what we have here: All-Star Batman & Robin #10 contains uncensored profanity, and DC asks retailers to recall all the uncensored copies of it, a story that has hints of "publicity stunt". And this is what makes the mainstream press. But what about a more recent, surely more disturbing case than raw language? What about Teen Titans #62, where Wendy and Marvin were shredded by a demonic version of their old pooch from the Superfriends cartoon, Wonder Dog?
The New York Post article on the All-Star Batman & Robin case contains nothing about TT #62 and its violent story.
Nor does the New York Times.
This whole "caped cuss-ader" case, as far as I'm concerned, is pretty trivial compared to the quagmire that is Sean McKeever's TT issue that does little other than to violently maul a pair of teenagers in a 12th-rate imitation of Cujo. Where were these MSM clowns when that happened last month?
Sorry, I'm not impressed.
