Thank goodness there wasn't any DC/Marvel attempt to cash in on elections this year
I guess it’s a good thing that we didn’t see a New 52 Decisions this year...After the sad loss of the GOP in yesterday's election, I can only agree all the more that it's good DC didn't come up with another something that was bound to leave even more of a bad aftertaste, nor did Marvel. It would only have made the subject all the more frustrating. That doesn't mean there won't be/aren't more politicized storylines planned in the future by the major comics companies, though. And those that do turn up are bound to be more biased to the left and quite wretched.

We've entered a bizarre new age, a crazy hybrid of socialism and crude who-gives-a-%&$* libertarianism. A real, traditional conservative can't win a general election anymore. They'll probably dump Christie or some pro-pervabort Giuliani clone on us next.
Fortunately there are elements in Europe that are seeing the light; perhaps they will lead the world someday. Better than China or the new, unimproved Obromamerica.
