Diane Nelson was responsible for rebooting DC's continuity
...if you are a producer and you want to develop one of DC’s characters, you have to go through Nelson, 45. She also oversaw the relaunch of the entire line of DC Comics and created a plan for same-day digital comics on all platforms and partnering with Warner Bros. to develop new projects. For someone who oversaw the relaunch, she sure didn't do much to ensure that it'd be something a wider audience could get into. Not all the line was actually rebooted, of course, as seen with Batman and Green Lantern (and as far as I know, the 1992 story where Doomsday momentarily slew Superman is still intact, but without Lois Lane present), but whether the prior continuity was jettisoned, direction has still been as disastrous as before. She has not been a success and is not worthy of being in charge of the DC stables.

DC really seems to have it out for Lois Lane these days. And pretty much all of their leading, non-superpowered ladies.
