In a conversation with a reporter and a Canadian author, he said about the Heritage Foundation:

He reads the babble of Noam Chomsky?!? The very man whom even Salon was willing to publish an article about acknowledging he's a horrible lot? May God help us all. Morales is decidedly one of the worst leftists working in comicdom today.

Chomsky is one of the biggest conspiratorial, anti-American moonbats out there. I mean, this clown is a linguist, for Christ's sake, and yet he's somehow been deemed an "expert" on politics.

Hell, I don't like Heritage at the moment, because they caved and sacked Jason Richwine. But my reasons are different from "Rags," there, even though, we kinda had a brief alignment on the topic.
As for Chomsky, yeah, that's jumping the shark, in terms of intellectual rhetoric, anyway. Feh. They deserve each other.
