Artist Adam Hughes retweeted another post seen in the following screencap that signals he doesn't like Hillary Clinton:
Amazing. The original tweeter, and by extension, Hughes, are alluding to some of the most reprehensible statements ever made by Hillary and Bill. I have no idea if she made jokes about obesity, although Trevor Noah did. If Hughes understands what's wrong with Hillary - and all those statements she made in the past are just part of the mistakes she's made - that's why he's another artist I can certainly admire for being a realist.

I don't think it's because he's anti-Hillary. Very recently he also retweeted stuff from the NoH8 campaign which promotes social justice. I think it's more likely since he himself made a joke on Twitter about himself being fat and his Jewish wife in the past and there was some backlash.
