It looks like Booster Gold is the villain of Heroes in Crisis

This sugary IGN article about an already repellent miniseries seems to confirm that:
Nor do readers have to wait long to learn the identity of the killer. While initially the story makes it seem as though Harley Quinn is the killer, she reveals that Booster Gold turned on his fellow heroes. Worse, his mind is seemingly so far gone that he doesn't even remember the murders. Ironically, the man who probably needed Sanctuary the most is the one who may have doomed it.
As of now, I have yet to find out whether Booster's creator, Dan Jurgens, has any negative opinion of something so uncalled for. Do they honestly think this is going to make anyone feel better that this time, they at least avoided the misogynist approach used in Identity Crisis? Because by this time, far fewer are going to be fooled. These kind of stories not only throw away casts of characters that could always make for decent stories with the right kind of writer in charge, they also count on trolling the audience for garnering attention, which is as divisive as it's offensive. Suffice it to say the company lied about the premise centering on heroes dealing with trauma, when it's more like the audience will have to instead.

And already, there are people who've rightfully expressed dismay, so it's to be hoped this time, lessons have been learned and the audience will stay away until Dan DiDio is taken off DC's payroll. He's done considerable damage to the DCU in the near 2 decades he's been in charge, and the time's come to make clear he must get out.

The whole idea of Superheroes having PTSD is bullshittery of the highest order. They are supposed to be heroes, as in better than the rest of us. Something to inspire and aspire to.

Someone should let DC know that the 90's called. and they want their "Superheroes mind snaps and he turns murderously evil" plot back.
What a bunch of tired shit. Just end it.

I don't know, DC has thrown some real curve balls when presenting mysteries before like the Armageddon 2001 fiasco. So I'm taking the idea that "Booster Gold is the villain" with a grain of salt.
