Dan Slott attacks Trump supporters
The man is simply incorrigible. Bad for business. But, as I noted before, until now, he's been enabled by nepotism, pure and simple, along with backers for his politics, and that's one more reason why it's unlikely he'll be booted from Marvel for the embarrassment he's caused.
Here's more, where he notes he supported Elizabeth Warren, and has more anti-Trump bile to spew:
The virus' best friends are Trump, his administration, and his supporters who successfully dismantled and sabotaged all our best resources for clamping down on the virus. Maybe it's time to listen to the people who care more about stopping the virus than messaging about it.— Dan Slott (@DanSlott) February 28, 2020
I donated to @ewarren.— Dan Slott (@DanSlott) March 5, 2020
I would've voted for Warren.
But here's the thing:
Trump puts children in cages.
Puts his own ego B4 being truthful about the coronavirus vaccine.
Ignores the climate crisis
Self-deals with OUR $
And is shredding our Constitution.
I'll #VoteBlueNoMatterWho
So, more pro-open borders metaphors, he even blames Trump for the Corona virus crisis, and doesn't care Warren put her own ego before everything else when she lied about being of American Indian background. I guess Slott's also unconcerned about actor Patton Oswalt wishing ill to Trump supporters. This is just truly awful.
So, will Marvel staff launch any inquiry into Slott's online behavior, and judge whether it constitutes a PR embarrassment? If their past handling is any indication, the answer is probably close to zero. So, they can't be surprised if his antics finally cause them to go under financially.
Labels: moonbat writers, politics
Is he saying anything that is not true?
Trump did cut funding and staff for the agencies charged with responding to disease outbreaks.
He did put kids in cages.
He is trying to blame concerns about the coronavirus on the media.
He is not concerned about climate change, and picked on a teenage girl for being concerned about it.
A lot of government money is being funneled to his businesses.
And if someone like Slott speaks truth and stands up for their principles even if it is bad for business, isn't that a thing to admire? You don't have to agree with him to respect the fact that he cares about something other than raking in profits.
