Games Radar reports the famous Marvel illustrator Joe Sinnott, who was known for his work on Fantastic Four and Thor, for example, has passed away at 93. There's another sad loss for this industry.

Its interesting that so many of these artists have lived so long. I have read that sitting leads to earlier death, but there are few jobs that require sitting more than being an artist.
It doesn't make sense.
Many artists died young or in middle age - Joe Maneely at 32, Matt Baker at 38, Bill Everett at 56, Mac Raboy at 53, E C Segar at 42, Gene Day at 31, Jim Holdaway at 43.
