As Kevin Feige said, Marvel really is crafting a screen adaptation of the Muslim Ms. Marvel
The show will center on Marvel's first Muslim superhero to star in her own comic book title.Just like them to make such a positive comment about something that sells so low, mainly because it's boringly written and a vehicle for political propaganda. Big surprise.
With Captain Marvel flying high on the big screen, Marvel Studios is now focusing on its other marvelous heroine, Ms. Marvel.
Marvel is developing a live-action series for Disney+, its upcoming streaming service, based on its acclaimed comic Ms. Marvel, hiring British writer Bisha K. Ali to write and act as showrunner. Ali is a comedian who is currently a staff writer on Hulu’s remake of Four Weddings and a Funeral. [...]Award shows these days are run by leftists, and granted for leftist political causes, as are top 10 lists on various leftist sites. Well, I think Mr. Feige's just confirmed what a disgrace he is, exploiting the moment Stan Lee left this mortal coil to take a sharp lurch into politically motivated propaganda, milking it for all it isn't worth. There's already only so many plans they have for how to stuff all this mindlessness into their films, including the gender/race-swapped Eternals film in preparation, and who knows what else is in store that'll take a bad situation to worse? The Black Widow movie? All I know is that the Marvel movie and TV franchise is starting to show cracks in the hull, and could soon be on its way to sinking, along with profits.
The latest incarnation, and the one the show will be focusing on, is a teenager named Kamela Khan. Khan broke ground by becoming Marvel’s first Muslim character to lead her own comics title. Her identity as a Pakistani-American living in a religious family in New Jersey whilst trying to find her own way has been a major focus of the stories. Her powers have been described as polymorphous, meaning she has the ability to stretch and change her shape.
The comic has appeared on numerous year-end top 10 lists and won a Hugo Award for best graphic story in 2015.

And you don't think rightist-leaning award shows and political causes don't exist?
