So-called comics fan/reporter turns out to be alarmingly evil
In the past number of years, I'd written about the far-left "journalist" Noah Berlatsky, who went so far as to damn the very creation of Captain America. Now, it turns out, as reported by Andy Ngo, that Berlatsky's served as a supoorter for a pro-pedophilia movement:
And that's not all. Just 2 years ago, OpIndia reported earlier on what Berlatsky was discovered doing:
I have no idea what exactly Mr. Berlatsky's book about WW and Marston was about, but with this revelation, it'd be strongly advised not to buy anything Berlatsky's written. I remember he ran a site about comics called Hooded Utilitarian, but I'm decidedly not linking to it directly; only an archive link. Whatever he's written there in the past is decidedly worthless now, save maybe for research into how corrupt and hypocritical some leftists can be. There's another leftist pseudo-expert on comicdom who's best avoided.
The person who wrote this Bloomberg opinion piece is leftist activist Noah Berlatsky @nberlat. He was the spokesperson for M.A.P. (minor-attracted person) advocacy group, Prostasia. In 2017, he tweeted that pedophiles are a stigmatized group who get designated as deviants for hateful purposes.(I wanted to embed the tweet, but they don't seem to provide that option anymore, or at least not on the device I'm currently using.)

The Rutgers University Press in 2017 published a rather unusual book. The book, titled ‘Wonder Woman’, revolved around ‘Bondage and Feminism’ in the comics created by William Moulton Marston. Four years later, the author of the book, Noah Berlatsky is involved in a pedophilia apologia controversy.Yikes. And this man claims to be a comics fan in any capacity? Then again, if Berlatsky could damn Kirby/Simon's famous creation, and insult Lee by extension, since Stan the Man did have plenty of Cap material on his resume, can Mr. Berlatsky really be a fan of even WW and Marston? Somehow, it doesn't seem shocking anymore that somebody like Berlatsky could take such dark paths. In the past decade, he even served as an apologist for the Islamic propaganda Marvel was forcing into their universe.
It has come to the fore that Noah Berlatsky is the Communications Director of an organisation that engages in the normalisation of pedophilia. The name of the organisation is the Prostasia Foundation and it does appear to endorse extremely problematic opinions.
Prostasia calls pedophiles ‘minor attracted persons’ or MAPs, which is an undisguised attempt to rebrand pedophilia as a sexual orientation such as homosexuality. In the past, it has condemned Tumblr removing “MAPs’ and allies’ blogs”. In a post on its website, Prostasia went on to claim that removing such content would harm children. [...]
Berlatsky has also written an article in 2016 where he claimed that the biggest threat “child sex workers” face is from the police. “Child sex workers” is an extremely problematic terms which assumed that children are capable of giving consent for sex which is a very dangerous claim to make.
It is also a disgusting attempt to normalise the phenomenon. The claim that they face the gravest threat from the police and not those who oppress them is blatant disregard for their safety.
