USA Today actually calls DKR's Bane an "occupier"
This movie article on USA Today (via Big Hollywood) does something amazing: it actually calls the Batman supervillain Bane as seen in The Dark Knight Rises a variation on the Occupy movement:

On Friday, Cosmopolis hits theaters, with Robert Pattinson as a financier whose limousine navigates through mobs of angry protesters.Pretty amazing that a left-wing newspaper is willing to admit that Bane's rendition in DKR is similar to how the Occupiers were acting.
