SJWs reject actress chosen for Batwoman TV role because...she's not Jewish
Actress Ruby Rose is limiting her social media presence amid backlash over being cast as an openly gay Batwoman in The CW’s Arrowverse. There's a simple answer for this: not only do they not actually care for the project, as per the social justice pseudo-approach, they've thrown her under the bus. All that aside, this is really getting offensive now, because many of these SJWs are anti-Israel, and if Gal Gadot were hired for the role, they'd find an excuse to attack her as well.
Rose, who is slated to play Batwoman in The CW’s annual crossover event between its DC dramas Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow, was met with fury from fans who contend a Jewish actress should have been picked for the role to “reflect the superheroes’ heritage.”
In response to the online anger on social media, the 32-year-old Hollywood starlet deactivated her Twitter handle and limited comments on her Instagram account to users she knows personally. [...]
In a follow-up tweet, The Meg star lamented the lack of support among the LGBT community, noting this month was being emotionally trying for the actress.
Whatever one's opinions on these issues, I think this can explain why Twitter just isn't worth using, because of how it's built, which only leads to bitter quarrel threads all over the place. Of all the social media accounts you could run, they're decidedly the weakest choice, and not worth the bother.
I don't care for this Batwoman TV show in the works any more than the rest of the leftist-pandering DC adaptations on CW, but it's clear even the SJWs never did, the liberal politics notwithstanding, so what's the point of their production?
Labels: dc comics, misogyny and racism, politics, technology
To be honest, I'm not even sure why Batwoman was even Jewish at all? I mean, the name "Kate Kane" doesn't exactly exude a Jewish heritage. Maybe if her name was, say, "Kate Frenski" or something like that, I could sort-of buy the idea that she's Jewish, but right now I really don't see it.
And quite frankly, she was straight in the 1960s anyways, I fail to see why they even NEEDED to make her into a lesbian in the first place.
But doesn't matter... wasn't really fond of the CW due to its usage and adherence to the SJW agenda ("Dare to defy" my fanny), not to mention it ruining Supergirl among others.

SJWs will always move the goalpost. If Gal Gadot were playing the part, the BDS activists would protest. And if Gina Gershon were cast, the Lesbian & Gay Bullying Tyrants would complain because she is not really a lesbian.

The character is supposedly ethnically Jewish, but not religiously. If she were, she wouldn’t sexually acting in what Judaism says is a sin and would be pro-Israel. The left hates real Jews. The only like ethnically Jewish atheists and pretend they’re the real Jews.

Gil Kane and Bob Kane were of Jewish heritage; stands to reason that Kathy Kane would be too. Making her Jewish was a tribute to Bob Kane, her creator.
Kathy was originally brought in to the series to help neutralize Fredric Wertham's claim that Batman's relationship with Robin had homosexual overtones. When she stopped being part of the stories, they had Robin's Aunt Harriet move in to Wayne Manor for the same reason. So making Kate a lesbian when she was revived was an ironic play on that origin.
How do we know that it is 'social justice leftists' who are trolling Ruby Rose? There are a number of vocal culture warriors who think of themselves as conservatives and who believe that white superheroes should always stay white and be played by actors from one of the white races; the kefuffle that a Jewish character should be played by a Jewish actress sounds like more of the same.

In a lot of ways, the CW shows are far from left-wing; they play into an extreme right-wing agenda. (Green) Arrow didn't exactly read suspected criminals their rights before shooting them with arrows when he started out on tv; he was a hooded vigilante and hooded vigilantes are more KKK than NAACP. The character was liberal when Denny O'Neil wrote him, but libertarian and conservative when he was written by Mike Grell and Chuck Dixon. The show draws on the Grell and Dixon versions. CW Supergirl and her sister and her foster father were affiliated with an extra-legal black ops style agency that kills or indefinitely imprisons alien visitors and occasional earth people without trial and without any public accountability; that is more ICE than ACLU.

It depends on what issues matter most to you. If you care about the culture wars, and whether ethnic and sex pref minorities should have more of a voice or should instead be quiet for a bit, CW is liberal. If you care about crime and civil rights, and whether to deter criminals or make sure innocent people don't get railroaded by zealous cops, then the CW leans towards roughing up the suspects rather than worrying about violating their rights, and they lean right.

CW leans way left. Supergirl is SJW propaganda. The villains are Trump surrogates ("Make Daxam great again"), and Lynda Carter is a Hillary Clinton stand-in. As an alien, she is legally ineligible to be POTUS, but Supergirl took part in a cover-up to conceal her ineligability.

First of all, "beating people up before reading them their rights" is NOT exclusively a right-wing issue (in fact, I'm not even sure it was ever a right wing issue to begin with). Let me remind you that the Soviets tended to not read people their rights when arresting them at the dead of night and/or executing them on the spot, and they were far to the left. Second of all, a lot of Antifa groups wear hoods, and last I checked, they're leftists, not right-wing at all. Third of all, regarding extra-legal black ops agencies, do I really have to remind you of the KGB, DIE, NKVD, Chekha, and all those groups and how they were leftists, not right-wing? Also, the DEO's ICE-esque nature was only a factor in the CBS version of the show. After it moved to the CW, that got downplayed immensely.

Agreed, though I'm not sure roughing up the suspects is really a "leans right" kind of thing. Don't forget, the Chekha, NKVD, and KGB did a whole lot of the above regarding roughing up suspects and not worrying about violating their rights (mainly because said "rights" don't even exist in the country they operated from), and they're left-wing, not right-wing.

Let's not forget that they basically are advocating for unhindered immigration, no background checks, and all of that (in direct contradiction to what the DEO is SUPPOSED to be doing as essentially an ICE expy). Heck, the first episode President Marsden, Lynda Carter's character was in literally dealt with her signing via phone and pen to use an Obama colloquialism a law effectively allowing all aliens to freely live as aliens without any worry of deportation. Ironically, the Daxamites despite their Trump rhetoric were a lot closer in overall behavior to the illegal aliens that Trump is trying to deport than to Trump himself, especially when the Queen of Daxam resorted to outright deception to Lena Luthor to engineer the invasion.

Dictators are dictators; left or right, they bust heads, bash skills, and put people in jail without a fair trial. In democratic countries that go under the rule of law, it tends to be liberal groups - Black Lives Matter, the ACLU - that are concerned about police abuse of power, and right wing politicians - say Nixon or Trump - who complain about the courts coddling criminals.
Hoods and masks on vigilantes is a reminder of the Ku Klux Klan.
I don't think anyone advocates unhindered immigration. The fight is over what the hindrances should be and who and how many immigrants should be let in, and how they should be treated while fhey are here.

BLM's a Marxist group, as is the ACLU. Don't think for one second that they are even remotely concerned for police abuse of power. Technically, Vladimir Lenin also voiced concern since he advocated for cop killings, yet guess what? When he took power, he got even worse there.
"Hoods and masks on vigilantes is a reminder of the Ku Klux Klan. "
Again, Antifa wore masks and hoods, and last I checked, they FOUGHT the KKK during the Charlotesville race riots (not that it really matters since they belong to each other on the left, but still...).

Don't be so sure. They're actually making a play loosely based on Anne Frank that depicts her as a Latina, not to mention depicting the ICE as being Nazi-esque. That points to their NOT wanting any restrictions to immigration at all, no respect for national boundaries.
