Han Solo has an estranged wife in new Star Wars comics

Cnet reported that in the new Star Wars comics Marvel is publishing, anti-hero Han Solo is now revealed to have had a wife:
...in "Star Wars" No. 6 fans finally discover who the mysterious character is -- Sana Solo, Han Solo's WIFE. And she sure seems upset. Princess Leia isn't too thrilled with the news either. We already knew Han was a bit of a cad, but leaving out any mention of a Mrs. Solo seems low even for him.

Fans were left with this cliffhanger without much explanation in this comic issue. So there's still some wiggle room for Han to get out of this without ruining his reputation completely with the fans -- especially female "Star Wars" fans -- who may not take the married news lightly.
They might not like how Cnet titled their article, saying the "reveal will make you want to smack Han Solo". Why should lady fans of the Star Wars franchise want to take their anger out on an imaginary space pilot? If they don't like the new plotlining, shouldn't they be irked at Jason Aaron? He's the one who thought it all up.

When Entertainment Weekly wrote about this, they said:
These comics take place in between A New Hope and The Empire Strikes Back, so presumably, the writers have either some plan in store for Sana to meet an untimely fate, break things off, or some other means of writing her out before Leia declares her love for Han (and he acknowledges it) in Empire.
I hope they don't opt for the former. There's been far too many like that for many years now, and even the SW franchise could do without it.
